Hi,
I am not sure this is the right category.
However, I think here should be it as IP issue is related with domain names discussion.
My webhosting provider is unable to provide me with any IPs.
As I needed it urgently for setting my nameservers & ssl.
Anyone knows where can I obtain them?
Please contact me asap.
Thank You.

He should had given you the DNS something like
DNS1.host.com
DNS2.host.com
so you will need to check with this http://www.hcidata.co.uk/host2ip.htm

BTW if your domain has been hosted there already , you can check for your domain IP Too it will be the same as your hosting ip

But domain IP may be shared. So for SSL cert may not work. And currently APNIC, ARIN etc discourages dedicated IP for hosting so most likely it will be a shared IP. What you can do is maybe get a small server in USA which is very cheap and comes with 2 IPs or more than u can have your SSL maybe secure.yourdomainname and also ns1 and ns2.yourdomainname. With the WWW pointing to the current web site.

your ISP/hosting company is the only one who can provide you with IPs, if they don't offer this service i'd say you move somewhere else.

Agreed.
Wilst you *could* host your SSL cert and secure sites elsewhere (relatively common), and you *should* possibly use the same IP's for nameservers as your host if it's shared DNS,
any provider unable to do/understand what you're asking for is either clueless or useless and you *probably* woudl be better moving ....
