Its time for me to move away from a combination of webmin/usermin/and my own custom dns control panel. I was looking at getting Plesk or Ensim setup, they are the panels that have impressed me the most.

However... why do these damn things only come in rpms and fbsd packages :/ Has anyone successfully gotten either (or even cpanel) setup on Slackware?

you dont want to run a webserver on slackware, its more of an end user os. lots of bells and whistles
aka a gui

freebsd is the only true choice for webservers.

Most of my servers are FBSD. I dont particularly want to discuss why I chose Slack for this virtual server. Also FBSD has a GUI... in fact most distros have GUIs.... you dont have to install them though :D

Anyway, I dont want a distro war :) FBSD will win (cos it is > *) but back to my current problem :/
