Im not really an expierence dedicated user, but I have worked with shared in the past. I was wondering if Rackshack was good and which deal i should get:

Cobalt RaQ 4i
450MHz (k-62) - 128 RAM - 20GB Hard Drive - 300GB Monthly Transfer

Intel
Pentium© III 1GHZ - 512 RAM - 2-40GB Hard Drives - 300GB Monthly Transfer

AMD Duron
1GHZ - 512 RAM - 20GB Hard Drive - 300GB Monthly Transfer

They are all 99 dollars a month, AMD set up fee is 299, intel set up fee is 500, and cobalt set up fee is 250.

IM a new customer to this "Dedicated Host" buisness... I heard that Cobalts are the easiest... Is that true?

You can run RAQ(Cobalt) with minimum Linux knowledge but the RAQ itself isn't powerful server.

You need deep knowledge over Linux to run a dedicated box. (except RAQ)

The others have more power, but the Cobalt is definitely the easiest to use. I highly recommend the Cobalt for first time or newbie hosts. That's just my .02.

There are several hosts on these boards that offer the Cobalts.

Try a managed server at Burst.net.

Their prices are reasonable and it's managed. Easier if you are a start up.

Robert, note that since they asked about your company, you don't have to worry about suggesting other hosts.

Peter, I can't think of a server that is easier to run, though they have their quirks and you'll be asking some questions (or better yet searching first ;) ) in the Cobalt forum.

AMD Duron
1GHZ - 1024 RAM - 2-20GB Hard Drive - 300GB Monthly Transfer ... Setup for that is $499.

Personally, I'd go for the Duron with 1 GB RAM...
