There is no "complete list" like this.

Browse the forums for a while and check out offers. You can see a large number of people that are selling dedicated servers.

I want only major companies list that have own datacenter.

I'm sure you could find this out by searching here, or visiting the provider's site and reading about their network.

E-mailing and asking different provider's is also an option.

There are many good companies that do not own their own datacenter. TailorMadeServers, Angel Networks and Simpli.biz to name a few.
