Is it possible or at least monitoring. I was looking at their demo and couldn't seem to find one.

Yes, when you setup an account, you can limit the amount of bandwidth they use. You setit up in the hosting section after you have made the account.

Yes, limit by client or by domain (or both to a degree).

You might want to note however, that you can only set "soft" limits on the bandwidth.

When a customer goes over their bandwidth you will receive a notice and their domain will have a little indicator beside it stating that they have exceeded their limit but, the customer can continue to use up bandwidth.

This is the same for their storage limits. I believe they are planning on changing this on their next version but only on the "soft" limits on storage space, not bandwidth.
