troubles with tera-byte lately ? my account is unreacble from 11 this morning ( European time) and it is almost 19 now.. i have sent them 2 mails receiving no respones i know that this is unusal time for offices in Canada (-8 hrs i think) but as they call them selves as the biggest host overthere shouldnt they have 24/7 support or something like that..il post when i hear from them (hope to be soon because there have been some isuess in the past all of them small problems but 8 hrs of downtime without even mailig the customer back is too much even for me)

I have only good thing to say about my experience with tera-byte.
No downtime at all. 8 hours downtime? That's very bad!
Well, it's true they don't have the fastest response, but I usaually get a reply within 4-5 hours.

are you on the RAQ's or on the new regular Linux boxes? btw downtime is now 10:38 (when i have noticed it for the first time so it may could be even more) :( and still no mails from support

ok i got mail from the support 11 hrs of downtime and it is still down but they mentioned that one should send just one mail and wait til the problem is solved(not as me ..bad bad customer i have sent 3 emails within 11 hrs)..and stay offline for few days i guess...c c c..and if vou do a serch on my posts abouth them i recommended them everywhere( beside that post when they had this HD failure and all my data was lost but they managed to recover it somehow) i guess i was wrong or they just did grow too fast..

Angel78 hard drives do fail we have had two servers out of more than a thousand server fail in the last two months .(both raqs) if you just suffered that outage i know what server your on, other than 14 sites all sites on that server were recreated on a new working server before the first failure. if you didnt get a new startup email send me a message steve@tera-byte.com and ill get one set up for you

Suppoort did everything i just got angry about the downtime when i needed it. :) but everything works fine as usual. tnx
