I tried the online support this morning at 730am, good that there's support so early on the east coast but I had the impression that the poor guy working was kinda sleepy still! No seriously, I was doing most of the talking and getting non-enthusiastic one word answers. But anyway, that's better than having no support.

One disappointment: they do not offer discounts for annual payment - I was about to sign up for the max reseller package
