I have one owned vBulletin license to sell. This license expires on February 9th, 2004.

Payment

I'm asking $115 for it, Paypal Only. If you are U.S. Paypal verified I will give it to you for $105. (I also am paypal verified. (https://www.paypal.com/us/verified/pal=mafo0%40yahoo.com)
) I do not accept credit card payments through paypal. You must draw funds from either your bank account or your current balance. In no circumstances will I accept credit cards through paypal. Do not offer to buy it and then say "BTW, I have to use a credit card. Is that ok?" No, it is not ok. I've already fallen for that too many times.

Transfer

I will be gone from Friday (7th) morning through Sunday (9th) night. During this time I will not be able to complete a transfer or communicate with you. Thus, make your offer either before or after this point.

Technically, this license cannot be transfered until this coming Sunday (the 9th) but vBulletin will many times let you transfer it early if it is only by a few days. I cannot guarantee this, but they have done it in the past. Once payment has been received I will begin the transfer process. You must provide me with your name and a legitimate email address (the one to which you would like your vBulletin license to registered under) to complete the transfer.

I have sent the license # and other details of this license to anon-e-mouse. As soon as she hears back from vB she has promised to post here. If you have any questions, please post them in this thread, to alleviate the problem of several people pm'ing me the same question. To make an offer please note your interest in this thread and then PM me.

I am sorry this is taking so long. I am now awaiting my 3rd response from vBulletin. What used to be a simple request, has kinda turned complicated :(

They are giving me a hassle as well :-/.

I think WHT should disallow any vB licenses transfers that are less then 6 months old to greatly reduce the risk of fraud (ie sell then chargeback and invalidating the license).

I sold two vB licenses about 2 months ago and I haven't charged-back those, have I? Are you trying to accuse me of something?

Hey,
Sorry I took so long to reply, I had to go to a christening, out of the country, over the weekend and didn't expect you to come back the day early either.
I have sent the payment for the license.

Thanks a lot and sorry for the delay

Your payment was made through credit card - It has been denied. Please see my PM for details.

Edit: As you can also see from this quote, I specified that the $10 discount was only for those who were U.S. verified. You are non-us verified, therefore this does not apply to you.

Hello,
The payment was made using a debit card, I dont have or use a credit card.
A debit card means the money is taken directly from my bank account, it is the same as it would be to add funds to my paypal account from my bank, although paypal does not allow this with my bank (

I just checked paypal and it is showing the payment as using a CC although direct debit is totally different, its not making payment using credit which I don't have, it is money which has to be in my account - It is taking the money from my accout which is already in my balance.

If you can't accept the debit card for the transaction that is no problem - I'm afraid that is the only way I can fund my paypal account

Please let mek now if you will and I will send the money again

Thanks
John

I'm sorry, but I do not want to upgrade my account to a business one. If you can only pay me through something that PayPal sees as a credit card then I will have to pass this on to the next buyer. Can you not draw from your bank account with a direct transfer?

John D

Checking about this now - Sorry about the problems
I thought paypal just put the money into my account from my bank then sent it instead of sending it directly from the debit card itself

Checking if there is any other way I can add the funds now

If you are a verified member that means that you have direct access to your bank account via paypal. In this way, you should be able to bypass the debit card.

Hey,
Just received a reply from paypal, I cant transfer funds from my account because my bank is in the UK.
I read this on the paypal help earlier but I wanted to add the funds to my account directly using the debit card.
They said it wasn't possible and would just show up as a CC payment

Sorry but I'm afraid I won't be able to do this.

Good luck with selling the license and I am truely very sorry about the problem

John

I am currently in a transaction with McRox and am awaiting payment. Everyone involved should note that I will once again be out of town this weekend, and I will be leaving tomorrow morning. There is a good chance I will have internet access during this time, but I cannot guarantee it - I will be back Sunday afternoon (Eastern Standard Time).

Thanks!

I have received payment from McRox and have initiated a license transfer. I will be leaving in less than an hour and will be back Sunday afternoon. I will probably have limited internet access.

The License has been successfully transfered to McRox. I would appreciate it if he would confirm that here.
