ECC with Registed DDR RAM 512 * 4 = 2 GB
HD IDE 120 GB * 2
Windows server 2003 Enterprise Edition
PHP 4.3.3
MySQL 4.0.18

I am run my PHP program on this server, The traffic for this server is about 10,000 + unique IP/Per day. The PHP programing include BBS system, Download System, Virtual Domain Service, News System ...

My Question is How to Configuring and optimizing MySQL work more efficiency for my server?

I Know When installed Mysql, the MySQL will give 4 setup files below:

my-small.cnf
my-medium.cnf
my-large.cnf
my-huge.cnf

But i do not know which one is best for my server? Is anyone can give some suggestion for my MySQL Configuring and optimizing?
