For you guys using Bulkregister .. how would you rate your experience with them ?, are they a good deal ? or can you get better ?

I have heard a lot of negative remarks on them. You can search on this forum and find out yourself. :)

Some said that the person who owns the domain name cant make changes to the domain name. The Bulk Register reseller has to do it manually.

The "preferred" approach -- what BulkRegister envisions themselves -- is that changes are submitted to them using an email template. So they have a crude web interface, and if you want to use that, yes, the reseller would have to do it themselves. But you could also collect your customer's desired changes on your own form, format those into the required email template format, and submit that to BR.

I've been using them for nearly a year now and have no complaints aside from the aforementioned about clients making changes and the fact that support is pathetic... which should come as no surprise to Alabanza hosts. However, in light of what's been going on at Alabanza, to say I have mixed feelings about BR is an understatement.
