what do you want in your tos? do you want to allow spammers? adult hosts? image archives?

Most hosts will allow you to copy their TOS if you ask.
Just find one you like and use it for a guide. But, get permission first.

SoftWareRevue is a good editor. He took mine and gave it the final touch. So ask him to look at it when you are done.

Is anybody out there willing to let us use their TOS as a format for our new one?
