Hello all, as you can see from my signature down there I am a now (and hopefully not for long) unemployed member of the web hosting community. I would like to have another steady job, hence my resume here.

I've had over a year's worth of experience in the web hosting field in everything from billing to article writing, and I believe I would be a great addition to any company who might be interested in gaining my services.

I have had experience with the following web hosting programs and scripts:
- PHPchat
- Click Chat Sold
- PerlBill
- ModernBill
- Kayako eSupport
- cPanel
- WHM
- Invision Power Board

I have worked in the following areas of web hosting as well:
- General Level 1 Support
- Live Support (over operator chat or AIM/Yahoo chat)
- Customer Service Director and Manager
- Billing Administration (billing changes, upgrades/downgrades, ect.)
- Cancellations
- Sales and Pre-Sales
- Forums Moderation
- General Web Mastering (taking care of page updates and changes)
- Design/Logo Work

I have also done some column and article work for various web hosts and web hosting information web sites. In the past I have covered mostly general web hosting problems. In my column and article writing I have always stressed trying to explain the world of web hosting in a way that your average Joe on the street would be able to understand. I have also done a number of interviews with web hosting clients as well.

I love working with web hosting customers. The satisfaction you can get once you have not just taken care of a problem, but helped them learn about the problem is second to none.

As far as pay and hours go, I am willing to negotiate on those terms privately if I still have your attention at this point. Generally speaking though, I'm looking for either several small jobs or one really great chance because, lets face it.. Unemployment really sucks. I'd also be willing to work part time or full time, depending on the job, company and situation at hand.

If you need anything else please feel free to contact me here:

You can also send me a personal message via these forums as well. I promise to respond to all responses I get. If you have any more specific questions or comments please contact me via e-mail. Also if you need examples or anything else like that e-mail would be the best way to go. Anything else, feel free to contact me using one of the other methods.

Thanks for taking the time to read!

Sorry about that, I'm going to be in and out of here today. If I can catch you on later I'll see about looking you up or visa-versa or drop me and e-mail and we'll decide a time best for both of us. Thanks!

Can you hunt for sales leads?

Personally I'd rather aim for something a little higher than that, but e-mail me the details and we'll see what we can work out. :)
