Hi, I'd like to sign up for a reseller account similar to splashhosting but am absolutely bewildered with all thats on offer. Does anybody know of any reseller packages similar to the prices of splashhostings $20.00 per month?
While I hear very good things about splash, I have sent them several sales enquiries and heared nothing in return, that's not the type of support I can live with even for the money :(
I see mchost looks fairly good but would like to have a few more to compare it with if possible.
I hope somebody can help me here :)

You have heard nothing? Every e-mail we get is replied to. If you have been trying to contact me using the leave a message button then that goes to my splashhost@btconnect.com which has been having problems the last 2 days because of problems with BT. E-mails that were directed to splashhost.com were forwarded to splashhost@btconnect.com but this is now changed. Please try contacting me again, either by using the chat button on the site, e-mail at Alan@SplashHost.com or icq# 51400629

A lot of the time ill be on live chat and you can get an instant response on that.
All publicity is good publicity(im sure someone said that once, dont know if its true).

I have sometimes received reply to my emails in 30 seconds from Alan.
Most of the time I use LiveSupport button on his page and he answers within 15 seconds.
Something must be wrong.
I had decided to go to a cheaper server ($2/G) but I changed my mind because of great support I receive from splashhost.
If you want to have a reliable service and be sure that someone is there to solve problems with server in less than a few minutes you can rely on splashhost.
I wish we can see such a quality for ever. In this case I will not move before I have enough customers for a dedicated.

Pls see previous replies, Alan has said he has problems with his emails, I was in contact with him last night and as you say, HE IS very fast in responding to email enquiries.
