Hello Guys..

With the help of ffeingol, I was able to install ticket smith for my domain name maindomain.com. Now the problem is that only of my client's domain clientdomain.com email is also landing up in Ticket Smith although both sites have different IPs, also I have checked their DNS Settings too.

Can anyone tell me why is this happening?
Also, I have created a user hbsupport and given it an alias of support so that support@maindomain.com or hbsupport@maindomain.com is forwarded to the gateway.pl.

On the otherhand, the clients domain clientdomain.com have a totally different userid and its set to receive catch-all email.

Please help!

I've seen this happen a lot in web hosting and not only with Cobalts. Also with FreeBSD, linux, win2k. I would also like to know why?

I don't know how you set up ticketsmith, but I can tell you that I strongly doubt that it has anything to do with DNS or IP of the sites. Somewhere the user aliases are crossed, or not set up right, or ticketsmith is nt set up correctly, but I don't know what is going on there.
