Is there any way to re-program a deleted EEprom in a RaQ3?

Does it have to be a new chip or just another one? If new, where can i get one?
And what software do you recommend to program the eeprom?

and you would need to copy a good eeprom out of a RaQ
with a eeprom programmer

If you can give me the numbers that are on the chip i will look in my bits.
