Here is what I need:

PHP4 (able to run as .php)
mySQL (2 or more databases would be nice)
30MB or more storage
10 or more subdomains
FTP access
Real Audio steaming support
7-15GB transfer/month
Telnet
Control Panel
Upto $20US per month

Also I need an extra domain pointer that is pointed to a subdomain, I don't mind paying a setup fee for this, but not a monthly add-on fee.

Anthony, I moved this to the General Forum, as the Advertsing forum is mainly for hosts/companies to offer specials, etc. You'll have better luck here...

Have you put any effort into finding a host?
I think finding a host with the features and price you stated above is not hard.

Although I can not help you with this, I'm sure other VDI based host will be able to.

UltraspeedUSA or Site5 will fit your needs I think.
