Well, Qwest has a very vital line down in Florida right now (affecting UF quite severly). It's an OC-12c somewhere between Tampa and Gainesville (I bet it passes through Orlando ;)). I dunno if that has anything to do with it, but I can reach WHT just peachy from here.

I find WHT awfully slow in the afternoons.... Hey Vortech, how did you manage to copy and paste that tracert and ping from your command prompt in XP?

Yea not sure if Road Runner runs of Qwest here or not. I thought they used Sprint but even if Qwest is having problems and it's a fiber or router problem may do it.. But did not see Qwest in of the traces just att and above.net..

Who knows.. Maybe it will get better.. Was just making me nuts.. I thought it was me. Kind of like the old days on a 14.4 heck with a 56k.. hehe

Fine for me. I'm getting 60-70ms pings and only a few hops (9) in between, so it must be your ISP.

Must be good old RR being a pain in the but with WHT i am starting to think they are anti-WHT.. Seems ok on my DSL line but RR is dog slow maybe some kind of router problem.

But the DSl works so i am happy.. ;)
