I have problem with my hosting company... every time that i move from a host I have to change my nameserver in my registrat... I see that they have an option that is call it Instant dns...

So my question is What is a A record, C record Mx record???...

The domains are currently pointing to the registrar... with the A record i can point the domain to my webhosting company????????

A record translates domain name to IP
C record translates an "alias" (similar to a subdomain) to a name
MX record is Mail Exchange, or mail server.
