Speaking of high bw, I'm setting up a site with video streaming that I'm expecting to go at about 25gb/mth soon after launch. I'm having trouble deciding on whether to go with a shared server or dedicated one. What do you think? Will the streaming suffer significantly if it's on a shared server? How many gb/mth should I expect with a dedicated server? Thks

Hmmm... :eek2: have you ever seen a hosting company that offer 25gb/month on their shared hosting plans?
25gb for me is a feature of dedicated server. So I think you'd better off to a dedicated one.

Hey, check the advertising forum. Magic's offering the exact thing you want.

A good shared server could easily handle the load but after you get done paying for it (assuming you are paying per gigabyte) you'll probably better off with a low-end dedicated server.
