Hi

Can anyone tell me if they are experiencing problems with Netacore?

I have domains on Pi and Router but cannot seem to access anything at the moment. Email seems similarly unavailable.

I also noticed that the custom nameservers set up for the domains have been automatically changed to generic netacore nameserver names but these were working ok yesterday

Is this just me or is there anyone else experiencing similar problems - if just me then I will raise a support ticket

Sounds like you need to raise that support ticket.

I've raised my ticket with the help desk from a 5 to a 1 in 1 step increments over the last day, and still no response. I'm starting to wonder if anyone even reads them. I had been with netacore for over 2 years, but lately their support has been horrible. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?

My site with them has been down for about a week.
I notice monitoring has been suspended for all their servers.

Looks like it is time to switch hosts.
