Just wondering, does a server's hostname (running WHM in my case) requires to be a domain name or subdomain name? Or it could just be one word.

Also, how do I go on creating a page for that hostname? Let's say the name is server1.somednsname.com. It won't allow an account with the name server1.somednsname.com. (WHM again).

hostname shouldn't be a user-domain for hosting.... since it's like reserved by WHM for stuff like MRTG, etc.
