Other than the obvious docs for WHM does anyone have a resource that addresses some of the subtleties of WHM like "reverse dns resolution for Awstats" or what does using "interchange version" actual mean?

as far as Im aware their isnt any docs except those which cPanel provides. Best way to find is by trial and error, but this can be a problem in a production environment.

cPanel is very slow with updating documentation. Read it a bit and play around, many features have been added/changed.

from cPanel documents: "Enable Reverse dns resolution for Awstats - Enables Awstats to look up the domain names of IP addresses that contact customer's web sites. This increases server load and bandwidth."

Most of them are self explanatory.
