If I have a web business already with hosting, design, etc, and I want to include inside my webpage the ability to have people buy domains through me, what would be my best options? Who should I go thru: enom, godaddy, someone else? Thanks in advance.

You will find a variety of opinions. This question gets asked all the time. My opinion is: eNom!

what about directi? they seem to have low upfront cost. I dont need to have the ability to create resellers under me or anything. I just want to sell domains. :)

add-on products cost extra. You compete with directi's pricing. At $29.95 I don't think you will loose any customers to eNom. Newer company based out of India. I prefer to stay a little closer to home with my business.

what kind of add-on products? As for being based in India, i dont mind, I have friends there that can do any dirty work if necessary. :D Also, in my target market, most companies charge $120 for a two year domain. Whereever I get my domains will be way cheaper than that. ;)

url forwarding, e-mail forwarding, dns management
At $60 ($120/2) why does it matter then? Were talking peanuts between WWD, eNom, & Directi with regs at that price.

Because I'm looking for lower upfront cost. Unless WWD offers something cheaper, I will probably scratch them off the list because I would rather have all my money go to buying domains and any processing fees, rather than shelling out $99 just to be a reseller, and then having to buy the domains. Unless of course enom or directi have any hidden costs that i'm not seeing ( you already mentioned the addon features) I'm scouring the website now and I already have the info from enom.
Also I dont plan on charging 120 for a domain. I want to make a modest profit, not rip people off :D
If I already have a retail account with enom, I can't buy domains at the regular price, and then charge my clients more (and putting the domain under their name)? I wasnt really sure how that worked.
Thanks for the help you have provided so far guys :D
