We are looking for software to do proper billing of Dedicated Servers and Co-L0 (Quickbooks just doesn't cut it ;) ) ... anybody using Ubersmith for colo and d-seervers ? .. hwo good is it ? ..

May I know your experience with quickbooks? Also, I thought H-Sphere comes with its billing support? None of these work for you?

Quickbooks works "Ok" .. but I am looking for something more gueared to this type of business

And HSphere billings works great, but that's for Shared hosting, We also use BillAdmin .. and so far it's the best Billing system for CPanel machines .. but once again, not the best for Dedicated and Colo .. I mean, it will do the job, but .. :)

Maybe I'll just have somebody build me one :)

I use Ubersmith, althrough I don't offer Dedicated Servers or Colo, I don't see why Ubersmith could not work for it.

To SH works like a champ and I think that also will do it for Colo and Dedicated

I think Ubersmith will work fine for dedicated servers. I believe you can create child packages of other services which makes it easy to include additional monthly items on (more bandwidth, hardware upgrade, etc.). It will probably do the trick nicely for dedi and colo.
