Hello,

I am having a very strange cPanel/WHM problem.

In my WHM list accounts option, one of my accounts has vanished, however in every other section I can see/change the account.. I can suspend it, upgrade it, view its bandwidth usage...

Any idea how I can fix this? Since the account is currently not being listed, it is also not outputting the users' website. It is instead outputting my website on his domain (since I am the master domain on that IP) Any assistance would be great, maybe someone has had this happen before...

It looks like your httpd.conf has been changed. Check the date of the account was created and in "Back up" section, select:

Configuration File Rollback
-> usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
-> select the date after account was created and click restore.

Backup option in WHM? I may not have access to this option because I am a reseller, but I don't see any such option. I plan to move to dedicated, but I figure I might as well learn whats wrong incase this problem occurs once we switch. Thanks for your reply.
