I'm currently with Focal Hosting and am very happy. Tech support answers questions quickly and efficiently. I've been with them since Oct. 23 and experienced no downtime.

I was previously with Aletia and was happy with their service as well. I switched because I wanted email for all of my domains. (Focal Hosting provides true multiple domain hosting; Aletia only provides a catch-all account for secondary domains.)
