I have been posting problems with Burst.net support. They seem to be a successful company with too much business on their plate sometimes and then support suffers. Once they do pick up on the request, they fix it fast. I want to thank Sean for his involvement in fixing the problem quickly and professionally.
I am relatively new to the web hosting business and have had several negative experiences with web hosting companies in general. They usually promise more than they can deliver. I think it is important to be honest to the client and keep them informed if something unexpected comes up with support issues. This will benefit steady relationships with clients and web hosts can spend more time on improving their product in stead of competing with others.
