I did a traceroute from my homeprovider )UPC/Chello to Tera-byte.
I suffer from bad connections and customers (mainly Chello) are complaining.
Can anyone explain how to read this ? it just get worse along the line, so is there 1 weak link or ?
A ping time from 130ms is normal from my home to most of the US.
