Server Config
PIII 1Ghz,512MBRAM with 80GB HDD 7200RPM
If we setup four virtual server of 20GB each. Can each server handel app 25GB data transfer per day.
The actual amount of bandwidth doesn't matter that you will be doing. You need to look at the following
1) What kind of Perl Scripts / other programs are these sites calling? How much CPU / memory do they usually use?
2) How much bandwidth do you actually have? If you want to do 25 GB/day I would look into something around 4-4.5 MBit/s a day just to be on the safe side.
If you are buying this from most hosts I think the price for the bandwidth alone (at least from us and we are less expensive) would be ~ $1700 / month + the server.

There will be four virtual servers. Each of 20GB and these will be used for ftp, download, email service,mp3 and portals.
So each will be 20 so four will be using 80GB a day.
Can this server handel 80GB per day.

Actually, the amount of outgoing traffic arn't so dependant on server's perfomance, so you should look at current server loads, and start thinking about configurations from the point of real demand of calculating power. Traffic is not an indicating variable here.

If "Traffic is not an indicating variable here." then how do we decide the load of the server.
Can these four virtual server handel 20GB data transfer per day. Is there any need of server upgradation.
Remember we are talking about four virtual server here.

The point is, the question is not really valid. As structured, though, the answer is probably yes. But the amount of data transfer isn't limited by server specs as you indicated. A server of much less capacity could "handle" 20 GB/day of data transfer, if all it did was transfer data. But that's not a real world application; in practice there'll be some number of sites generating that much traffic. Whether that server is appropriate to the application is much more dependant on the nature of those sites, the number of hits they get, the level of cgi activity, etc., than on the amount of data transferred.
As asked, the answer is yes... but it's not really a useful question.

The amount of transfer doesnt matter. A little cobalt raq could transfer 200gigs a day without any troubles. Perhaps you mean how much load can the server handle?

Can I just jump in and make a point...
4 x 20GB = 80gb = no space for anything else (like an operating system maybe?) :stickout

I guess first OS is installed then only you can do anything on it :D
I dont think even 50% of total disk space will be used.
