View Full Version : Another term for "Q and A"

I am planning on implementing a feature on GECom where users can e-mail a question to a specified account and have it posted on a special area of the website, in which the question is then answered by the Editor or another staff member (referring to PC Gaming questions). Although a suitable name would be "Q and A", I was hoping someone could come up with something a little more creative, and hopefully not very lengthy.

Any ideas are appreciated :)

"Letters to the Editor" or "Letters to the Staff" not that creative, but it's more formal.

Before reading JustinK's post, I would of said FAQ.

There is already a name for this method, but it's stuck on my tongue.

Sorry.

You've got questions we've got answers! (couldn't resist)

Actually I was gonna make some suggestions and frankly, can't think of any.

But the F is for Frequently -- in this case it's one question asked by one person.

How about "Feedback?"

I see "KnowledgeBase" around some places.

How about
- input/output
- RE:
- suggestion box

In that case, call them IAQs -- Infrequently Asked Questions.
