I don't think my requirements are a big deal: 25 POP emails, 25-50 MB storage, directory protection, and most of all:

THE THING CAN'T GO DOWN EVERY 10 SECONDS!!!!

If anyone here can recommend someone they've had good luck with, I'd really appreciate it.

Don't jump into decisions too fast.... there are a lot of good hosts out there even on this board, go around, check around, compare, test, try etc etc.

My first mistake years ago was jumping too fast and found out later that I regret it. But you can't help it.. it's just part of the journey in finding what you like best...
