How can I tell if I have Cpanel Pro or just plain Cpanel ?
WHM is displaying as
WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.2.0-R24
Fedora - WHM X v2.1.2
My support guys are suggesting anything greater than 8.5 is Cpanel Pro, yet I'm sure I saw somewhere about having to install Pro seperately.

Your running a "release" version. I would not run it. You should always stick to stable releases. Especially if you don't manage your own server!
Your version is as "PRO" as it gets but you really should be using a "stable" version.
More information about cpanel is available on the cpanel site http://www.cpanel.net/ They have a forum and plenty of documentation.
Take advantage of it.
I would run this version on that server if I was you.
WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.2.0-S25
Fedora - WHM X v2.1.2

Ah.. thats easy. Login to the CPanel. In X2 , X Skin, it will state on the left side whether its a basic Cpanel or a Cpanel Pro. On further checking, the control panel will have a couple more options like boxtrapper, submit feature/bug etc etc.

No mention of boxtrapper etc...
I guess it's time to argue with the provider, I could do it myself I guess. Is it a simple process to enable it is there any risk of screwing up the existing Cpanel install ?
