--> I'm currently at the NAC data center on the 95th percentile. It appears that my bandwidth bill for the month will be around $212 based on $1/kbps. However, I've only used a total of 23114350285 bytes since the beginning. This is around 23 gigs of transfer. So, if I paid per gig, wouldn't it be much cheaper than the 95th percentile?

Total number of samples taken during this period: 7561
You asked for 95th percentile.
We will be examining sample number 379.

Inbound 95th percentile usage: 212653
Outbound 95th percentile usage: 21682

** NOTE: Bytes Transferred In and Out only have data back to 5/1/2001 **

Bytes Transferred Inbound: 23114350285
Bytes Transferred Outbound: 4032128060

** NOTE: Avg Throughput only has data back to 5/1/2001 **

Avg Throughput Inbound: 67110
Avg Throughput Outbound: 11439

--> Can someone explain what all these mean?
DiffIn,DiffOut,ThroughputIn,ThroughputOut

--> Does anyone know the NAC charge per gig?

Nac doesn't bill per gig at any price leve you will be happy with and it doesn't look like you have the volume commitment to warrent any type of negotiations with them.

The throughin and out are so you know the average based # if they were to bill you on average ( but they don't). That and the per gig counter is a just a feature I asked for. They don't have have anything to do with the way you will get biled by them.
