I am not able to reach burst.net phone from early saturday!! Is there a problem!!
Its over 5 days My Cpanel.net is having problem and they have not fixed it. I have send 5x mails. and called 3 times.
I don't know whats the prob.!!

We requested further info from you 2-3 days ago, and we have not had a response to that yet.
We also requested your current root password, which you have not supplied to us.
We cannot assist you with tech support whatsoever, or even perform reboots for you, if you do not notify us of your new root password when you change it.

Actually I am satisfied with them. Once in while I have had problems. But overall I am satisfied.

Provide burst with your ticket # or submit a new one.
The problem is not with burst, but cpanel.
