Well I signed up for this host a while ago because I love hosts that offer unlimited anything because I get on their systems and completely hammer them with traffic :). Well I got a site on there with a nice CGI that probably used some serious CPU and I was using probably ~50-70 GB / month. Well to my suprise they just upgraded the server and added more bandwidth to the server that I was on once I complained about speed. Well I got a CC bill this month and they charged me twice. I emailed them twice and have not gotten a reply. I have been with them well over 1.5 years and now they are charging me twice a month.. No clue why. Just wanted to let you guys know not to go with them :).

That is a simple billing issue that should be delt with off the web hosting forums. If you have been with them for 1.5 years and they billed you twice once and you are pushing 50-70 gigs of transfer I would not be posting this thread at all. ICOM is a big hosting company and they are not known for ripping people off.

My teacher had a site with them and their servers were slowwwwww. His site would take ages to load during the peak hours.

Icom was big trouble to me. I have learned and moved on thanks to the help of the BBB and doing my homework. :D

Actually, I think they have been billing me twice more than that. I used a debit card from one of my bank accounts I rarely check on (probably less than once every 6 mos) and I saw that they double billed me. I emailed them twice and no response. I thought this would be a perfect place to post it ...
