Hi,
It is me again... some will say. A person that likes to get support.
I have had several support issues with Burst.net this week since they setup a new dedicated server for me. Some were handled quickly others slow. Now there is still a problem with the mail server (I believe). First support ticket went out to them on Thu 11/15/2001 12:26 AM and the second one last night Sat 11/17/2001 11:51 PM. Sofar NO response what so ever. I have tried to call the 24/7/365 Toll Free Phone Support 1-877-BURSTNET ..... no answer, no machine, nothing.
So I have a server... but no outgoing e-mail....
Maybe Sean will read this (and perhaps the personal e-mail I sent him) and get it working.
