Reason for selling:
I'm a college student and I can't afford to hire anyone to cover my shift while I'm in school. I used to be able to offer support services while I'm in school but now I'm the advertising manager of a club and I need the time free in school for fund raising campaigns, etc.

Terms:
-Plans have to be intact, clients will have to stay on the plan I offer unless they agree to swich over to the buyer's plan.
-Keeping the current server is perferred.
-Buying company must provide emergency telephone support to my resellers.
-Buyer must be able to interact with clients and provide them technical support (not much support needed) via AIM, ICQ, Support Ticket System, etc (at least the Support Ticket System).

Company is in good standing with 9+ reviews (1-10 scale, 10 max). If sold, I expect the buyer to give the client the same service level that I offer to them (I treat clients at a personal level).

I'm looking for a bigger company to merge with, etc. I will provide part time support/admin services (not free, part time salary expected) only if requested. I'm still brainstorming whether I should sell or not. Please post your offers or email me at tempacct411@hotmail.com
