I am always constructing, or planning, new websites. However, one of my shortcomings has been the lack of understanding in regards to the apache mod_rewrite.

Many of my websites are powered by scripts that use URL's such as "index.php?=test&3" which I would like to have automatically converted to "/test-3.html" (just as an example).

I would prefer if this was done with as little editing to the original code as possible.

I am always in need of a programmer who has a good understanding of how to do this. So please send me any information about yourself, even if I do not hire you for the current projects I need worked out, I may end up contacting you later.

Just to elaborate,

I am looking to hand over the script (or the FTP information) to the programmer. They will then edit all the files as needed to accomplish the rewrite.
