PWH is a well established business, founded as a sister company of a local retail computer store in Feb of 2001. We have an excellent reputation with long lasting relations with our hosting clients and many repeat website design clients. We rely mostly on word of mouth advertising, however we have a niche in the design industry that has providing a steady 2-4 a week. Design Clients:

Currently we are working on 9 websites. All clients have made the initial deposit (see figures below) and the sites are currently being worked on.

1 Site Very Steady Maintenance

Our Fees Are As Follows:
Standard Design = $300
Ecommerce Design = $500

Ecommerce Due Upon Completion = $750
Standard Due Upon Completion = $900

Sites consist of a DJ site, a medical (informational site), self help site, car club, and 2 Christian bands. As well as the ecommerce sites, which are using osCommerce.

Clients make payments with Paypal & PaySystems.
(any credit card processor will work fine)

I also wanted to mention one site that I left out. It is for a resturaunt review website. This clients has already requested 1 (possibly 2) more websites after the resturaunt review site is completed.

I am sorry, but no! There is already an instant revenue of over $1,600 in website designs. With the repeat of a few of these customers (as long as you provide quality work.)

Plus, I am selling the business. It wouldn't really benefit me to have ownership of the items you listed.

Yes, I have been doing fairly good! Especially this year since I started focusing more on website design. However, I have had some personal family emergencies arise over the past couple of months, and I am not able to provide the same quality of service or give it my 100%. Rather than my customers paying the price I have decided to sell the business, especially since I am away and I am not quite sure when I will return to work (home) as it stands.

No the new owner would not neccessarily have to have the same Christian beliefs, but I would say yes to the values. Meaning that the values behind PWH has been fairness, honesty and treating the customers with kindness while providing the best service possible.


Which is why I am selling the company! Because at this moment I cannot provide all of this, and it isn't fair to my customers!
