Does anyone know? I have been having intermittant email problems lately (or maybe my site's been going down intermittantly). I was going to go on their forums to ask what's up but there's no home page.

Maybe your mistaken but there site is working totally fine

www.valuablehost.com and there home page is also up

I would suggest looking into this more

Just because the site loads fine doesn't mean that everything is okay. There could be other problems like exim or whatever.

I guess you can submit a ticket and see what happens.

Teck keep in mind that the server is in our rack, so there has been no errors reported and monitoring is showing things ok

Have you check your isp? I have the same case as you do, I have been unable to access purpleturtle.com and godaddy.com, in which I have accounts in both sites.

Maybe something wrong with my internet connection or my isp.

Apache failed, server was restarted and issue resolved.

Also to my knowledge there has been no e-mail problems, please e-mail support.
