You get all the content on the site (except for 3 reviews), the hosting that we're on (expires January 1st 2005), and the domain name (expires January 1st 2005 as well). You also get all the rights to the site design as well.

The site is quite populair with over 830 Uniques so far this month, and the site totaled over 27,000 page views last month. This site is still growing and will continue to grow. The site will also continue to be updated until final sale.

Top bid for just the domain is $40 USD so far.
