I was browsing the rates for charge.com, and I was wondering what they mean by a "virtual terminal". Do you have to use that or the regular terminal?

Their pricing table is somewhat confusing.

Do you know of any other good ways to charge? I am basically looking for little or no per transaction fee with a low percentage, it doesn't pay to be charged a $1 transaction fee on a $5 per month account.

We used them for web hosting. Check out merchantbankcard.com -- they're much cheaper, and we've had better luck with them thus far.

Depends who you talk to there. Unfortunately, while the service is very good the telephone reps don't know much more than what they read off their own site. :(
