This may be a stupid question, but what exactly is a google page ranking and how do you know what yours is? I know i can get the page rank on the google tool bar but the little green bar doesnt actually say what rating it is?

If you put your cursor on it a sec, there's a little popup that tells you the exact value.

Google is a great search engine but strangely enough I get 75% to 80% of my clicks from MSN and Yahoo and have never submitted my links to them as I have with Google.....Go Figure

The Google Toolbar doesn't actually indicate how you may rank for anything on the Google search engines, though.
In fact, I would highly recommend that people treat the Google Toolbar as the Public Relations tool that it actually is.
PR tells you nothing excepting that Google has given you a number. The number in itself has little direct meaning in itself.
