Sounds like you really need a dedicated server. Checkout 15minuteservers.com. They have some low price servers, and are owned and operated by NAC.net. :)

You should do one of the following:
1) Lower your specs for that price;
2) Raise your budget for those specs;
3) GO dedicated as Aussie Bob suggested.

At that price, youre going to end up with another iwebspeed or another e-z hosting. Unless quality and uptime isnt an issue for you, it would probably be best to reevaluate your specs, budget and needs and determine how important things like uptime, support and reliability are to you.People say "i dont need support" but when the server goes down, there better be someone behind that phone or email....now! :D

There is no such thing as Unlimited bandwidth.

If you see such a host, you should just drop it off your list.

Unlimited bandwidth does not exist. A server is limited by its connection and backbone. When they make infinitely fast backbones with infinite NICs, then hosting companies can offer unlimited bandwidth. Besides, if you read carefully, they offer UNMETERED bandwidth, not unlimited bandwidth. These are two very different concepts.

10-20GB space with 100GB BW is about right. But $35 is a bit low. But then only 25 domains...

Cheap isnt always to go. Its all about stability not cheap!! Cant stress that enough. You can get something for cheap but the quality is sometimes not there. For example you pay for generic hardware for cheap what happens? If fails on you and there's no support, no manuals, nothing!! As if you pay for a name branded expensive hardware you get real support plus warranty. Just saying cheap isnt the way to go but quality :)

Yep and just like all unlimited suppilers they lie to you.

From their TOS.

Unmetered Bandwidth - implies that the data transfer is not charged on a metered basis so long as it remains within reasonable expectations.

So if you use more than they think you should at anytime they teminate your account.

Although from your past experience this is probably the case [benefit of the doubt] maybe they mean by "reasonable" that you can put your latest fxp server there distributing the latest ISOs, or that you cant be receiving an DDos attack. [/benefit of the doubt]

Then again, youre probably right on the money Techark :D

I would strongly reccomend Simplybehosted dot com.
Their prices are superb and technical support has been, for me, first class.

Should meet your specifications I think.
