It probably would be a good idea to update your Neomail package to ver. 1.25-4 -- NOW. ;)

Per the official Cobalt site:

"Please replace any installed Neomail pkg downloaded before November 14 with this version. If unsure, check your installed software page and check the version number. It should be 1.25-4 "

They should also state tha you may need to manually restart the httpd.conf file. I've installed this on 4 servers and on all 4 i've had to restart the file.
