These are not shared hosting accounts but real virtual servers with the complete linux 6.2 file system structure and full administrative access. You can set your own apache and other servers' configuration. This is an unmanaged solution, so the server maintenance is completely your responsibility. Do you also provide shared hosting virtual servers with CP?

No. We focus our work on virtual servers and dedicated servers only.

If you only would have posted this a week-and-a-half earlier.

Firstly, I have to say it looks like an excellent deal. You may just see me pick up one of these in the next month or so.

Secondly, can you get extra IP's? If so at what cost?

Lastly, do you plan in the future providing a control panel solution?

To answer your questions:

No, we do not offer more than one IP per virtual server. The main intention is for the virtual servers to be used either by high volume web sites or by web designers and such that need to take care and maintain a few web sites. Maybe we could make an exception for a few additional IPs if you are a web designer and you need to maintain a few web sites, but you would have to justify the IPs by ARIN regulations.

There is a control panel already installed in each virtual server. Two control panels, actually. Webmin is installed and a specialized virtual server control panel with which you can create, modify and delete user accounts, pop3 accounts, ftp accounts, email forwarders, etc. You can also set 'per user' privileges and quotas as well as virtual domains for the email and the web server.

I hope this makes things a bit clearer.
