I know this has been brought up many many times, but which is the better to get a dedicated server from? Support is very important to me, and I noticed that site5 doesn't offer phone support, or at least not that I can find. This means if for some reason the datacenter goes offline then you can't get in touch with them...

Don't get me wrong. I want to use the one with a good network and good support bla bla bla....

So what is the opion of most of you.

I have no personal experience with any of these companies, but I have asked site5 and burstnet sales questions. No phone support from site5 is a real downer IMO, burstnet always answered the questions very speedily. Burstnet has good prices and a good backbone. Rackshack is using from what I hear Cogent bandwidth which is cheap but low quality. As I side note, site5 using Nac.net (As do we) so if their datacenter was to go down i guess you could call them. Nac.net is an extremely good and reliable datacenter.
