Well I'm new to cPanel and have my own server. I just set up my first reseller account and I am confused about one thing.

I see that you have to create a master account... and then give that account reseller privlages. Then you set the size of the reseller account from there. So my question is if you offer say a 2000mb reseller plan what do you normally set the master account at? do you make it 200mb and then make the resesller allowance 1800 or something similar?

Just want to see how you guys set it up.

Create the master account, assign it reseller privileges, change owner of the account to them. They can resize their own domain as needed and it will take from their available resources.

Ahhh... so then the account uses their master space?

Correct, the account uses a portion of the total space that is allocated to the reseller (master space).
