How can I turn a busniess account back into a premier account without setting up a new account?

I am not sure that this can be done. The functionality of the accounts are the same, but the account designation is specified by the customer.

Is there a way to get rid of the title of a business account then? It won't let me just delete the business information, so what can I do?
