Computer Advantages, Inc. is starting new division to devote to outsource technical support and consulting services for web hosting companies and ISP's. Just to give you a brief idea. The target marget will small to medium size companies. The focus will be outsource technical support and consulting services such as system administration and security work such as audits/scans and security patches and configurations.

Now to the real post. This is what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a software developer to partner with to develop tools that will be used to perform our tasks. The tools will be web based and will allow engineers to perform security scans on customers servers etc. Just to give you some basic ideas.

The developer should know and understand how security works. Should know unix and posibly NT. The developer will develop the tools to manage all aspect of this service.

We will provide the hardware and platform to beta test the web app. We will also assist in developing the app by providing design ideas.

The kind of partnership I'm looking for is simple, you get what you put in. The details of the partnership will be discussed with the interested parties but you will basically get a percentage for the company (consulting division).
